Heavenly Acres Pet Rescue Adoption Policy
Our ultimate goal is to place any and all animals in our care in a perfectly matched loving Forever Home. To do that we need to make sure that the animal and the family are matched as closely as possible and our Adoption Application Process helps us achieve that goal. There are many variables that go into making Forever Home decisions regarding an animal's life and happiness. Each application is thoroughly reviewed on an individual basis. It usually takes only a day or so to process an Adoption Application but if there are many Applications for the same animal, it may take longer
We will respond to Adoption Applications, emails and in-coming phone calls regarding a filed Adoption Application as quickly as possible
We will not do a same day Adoption unless you have an approved Adoption Application on file. It is encouraged that you submit an ADOPTION APPLICATION either by email or snail mail prior to visiting
It is a condition of adopting animals from us that you agree to return the animal to Heavenly Acres Pet Rescue if, for any reason, you are no longer able to care for the animal. The animal will in no way be disposed of, sold or given away
Some of the available animals featured on our web site are here at Heavenly Acres Pet Rescue but on occassion, due to space, some that you see on our website may be off site in Foster Care
All of God's creatures deserve to be safe, loved and respected

If you can and would like to help care for our orphans in care while they are waiting to be adopted, you can make a donation via PayPal. Your help is greatly appreciated and most definitely need. Most, if not all, of our rescues require extensive medical care upon intake so we can adopt them out in the best state of health and happiness
